01   Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo

Clean hair provides the ideal foundation for secure adhesion. Wash thoroughly with a clarifying or deep-cleansing shampoo to remove oils, buildup & product residue from the scalp, roots & lengths.

02   Do not use conditioner, hair masks or oils afterward

Conditioners, masks & oils can leave a coating on the hair fibre, reducing the grip of the adhesive. Even minimal residue may compromise adhesion & contribute to premature slipping.

03   Dry & straighten your hair before your appointment

Arrive with completely dry, straight hair. A smooth, prepared canvas allows for precise sectioning, balanced placement & a seamless integration of the extensions.

04   Do not apply any hair products

On the day of your appointment, avoid leave-in conditioners, serums, oils, sprays, dry shampoo or styling products. Even lightweight formulas can leave an invisible film that interferes with adhesion.

05   Avoid heavy styling beforehand

Do not curl, braid or heavily style the hair before your appointment. Avoid heat protectants, styling creams & finishing products so the hair remains clean, smooth & completely product-free.

06   Arrive on time

Each application is carefully planned around precise sectioning, placement & blending. Arriving on time allows the full appointment to be dedicated to achieving an impeccable, harmonious result.
